Meet Megan

I’m so glad you’re here.

Many people find me when they’ve reached the limits of what Western medicine and traditional therapy can offer. They’re still in pain – physically, emotionally, spiritually – even after “doing everything right.”

I understand that place because I lived it.

I spent more than two decades working in the mental health system, studying attachment, trauma, and generational patterns, while also searching Scripture and practicing my faith, desperate to heal my own marriage, body, and family. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University determined to build programs that could truly help where standard approaches kept falling short.

But it was at the end of those systems’ limitations – in my deepest personal losses and heartbreak – that something shifted. In that wilderness, I encountered God in a way I hadn’t before. I came to know Jesus for myself, not just as an idea, but as a living presence who met me in places no textbook or protocol could reach.

That’s why I can’t separate my work from the spiritual reality underneath it. Whether I’m offering in‑person VAT sessions or spirit‑led coaching, I’m listening for what’s happening in the body, the nervous system, the relationships – and also in the subtle and spiritual layers. I openly invite the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ into the process, because that’s where I’ve seen the deepest, most lasting healing for myself and for the people I serve.

Today, my work centers on helping individuals:
- unwind the impact of past relationships, trauma, and generational patterns
- respond to persistent physical symptoms as meaningful signals, not failures
- build real‑life capacity for connection, safety, and love in the present

From this foundation, I also support couples as a natural extension of the individual healing work – creating marriages and homes that feel like true refuge, not another battlefield.

If you’re standing at the edge of what medicine and mental health have been able to offer, and you sense there might be something more – in your body, your story, and your spirit – I would be honored to walk with you.
